This luxurious detached villa is situated in a prestigious and peaceful position overlooking acres of uninhabited countryside thick with Mediterranean macchia. The villa is surrounded by garden, and faces the sea and the wild Lu Columbo beach, less than 3 minutes walk from the villa.

All rooms lead onto the surrounding gardens and terraces. A large garden with tall hedges leads to the villa's entrance, which is marked by two tall white pillars.
The extensive living room is open plan but divided into two separate areas: one with white sofas and a piano, and two steps lead up to the other part which has comfortable red sofas and armchairs surrounding the fire place There is a large television. Huge sliding doors are situated at the back of the room leading out onto the patio and garden and at the front of the room leading onto the garden and terrace with sea views.
The separate kitchen/dining room also has sliding doors leading to outdoors. One set of these leads on to the main outside dining area with built-in barbecue and outdoor oven. The kitchen has a beautiful stone patterned floor. There is a large extendable. Dining table. It is well equipped with dishwasher, grill, deep fryer, electric oven and large hob. From the terrace by the kitchen, steps lead down to the laundry room with washing machine.
The villa has 5 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
At the back of the house, 20 steps lead up to the roof terrace, which has excellent sea views and is equipped with sun loungers – a perfect spot for soaking up the sun.
There is a covered parking spot and a separate garage with inflatable hard-bottomed dinghy, which guests may hire providing they know how to use it and are insured. There is a mooring spot for it on one of the beaches. Two mountain bikes can also be used.
Villa Bonifacio is situated within the residential park of Portobello di Gallura, a vast territory of 100 hectares of wild, unspoilt countryside covered with fragrant macchia and pines and bordering fine sandy coves of crystal clear, emerald green water. Portobello is situated 20 km from St. Teresa di Gallura, in a long stretch of uninhabited unspoilt countryside scattered with tall olive trees, thick evergreen and sugherete - the famous Sardinian cork trees.
In the residence itself there is a small centre by the characteristic private harbour with a bar/cafeteria, a restaurant/pizzeria and a small newsagents. There is also a tennis club within the Confines of Portobello Parco Residenziale.
