Villa Azure is a delightful, newly built villa with a 13m swimming pool surrounded by lush landscaped gardens. Set in a large plot of land it is wonderfully private and peaceful although within easy reach of the town and long white beaches of Alghero and its charming historic centre.
The villa is built on a private road and it neighbours a handful of villas all within charming gardens and large plots of land. Old olive groves hide away houses and narrow roads. Their ancient trees give this whole area a peaceful romantic atmosphere and are covered with yellow flowers in the spring which create charming landscapes.
About the interiors:
There are 3 double bedrooms, 2 with en-suite bathrooms, a twin room plus a further 3rd bathroom. So it can comfortably sleep up to 8 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and oven. The villa has air conditioning throughout plus satellite TV and Wi Fi internet connection. This villa can also be enjoyed during the spring autumn and winter as it comes with central heating.
Enjoy “al fresco” dining under the shady gazebo and relax by the pool on the comfortable recliners.
The garden is totally fenced and lawned with palms, olive trees and fragrant flowering Mediterranean bushes.
There is an electronic gate which ensures the property is totally secure and perfect for children.
