Villa Marakesh (sleeps 7 plus 2) is a new addition to our collection of villas in the Alghero/Stintino area, renowned for the unspoilt beauty of its white beaches and emerald green water but also for the traditional welcoming village.
About thew villa:
Its charming interiors and the numerous and comfortable rooms make this a very attractive property. The interiors have been designed and furnished with care and attention to detail. The modern, refined taste of the owner has created a light atmosphere perfect for this villa, which overlooks some of the most beautiful coast line of Sardinia. The villa is perfect for a family or a large group – it comes with cot and high chairs.
Villa Marakesh is divided in 2 apartments. Both are totally independent from each other with separate entrances but also sized. The ground floor is large with 3 bedrooms and the first floor has 2 bedrooms only but it has a top floor roof terrace which is indeed a wonderful place with ample sea views.
The large ground floor apartment has an enclosed garden surrounding the villa on three sides and a large shady terrace furnished with cane furniture chairs and table. This is the most attractive corner of the villa, a shady area which creates a relaxing corner to perfect for reading or dining outdoor or barbequing.
The master bedroom leads onto a shady terrace and comes with en-suite bathroom with shower. In this room there is a king size bed, tall cupboards and a single bed.
There are 2 more rooms. A twin room and a lovely double bedroom with king size bed and wall to wall white wooden cabinets.
Terracotta floors and white washed walls, a large orange sofa, a long colonial dining table for 8, create a stylish living room which takes you out to the terrace.
Fully equipped modern kitchen with large fridge freezer, oven, dishwasher and a collection of kitchen utensils. The kitchen is perfect.
The villa has 2 bathrooms; all with showers.
Also a barbeque area and a private swimming pool ( measuring 9 x 6 x 1.5 m) surrounded by garden.
Villa Marakesh sleeps a total of 7 people, but 2 more could sleep on the large sofa bed in the lounge.

The villa is situated in a peaceful corner of the “Country Paradise” a residence surrounded by acres of unspoilt countryside, overlooking from the distance the sea and a salt pan, where in the spring you can admire the rare sight of migrating flamingos! It is on a private road – walking distance to the small centre of this resort and a few amenities such a café bar, supermarket and a pizzeria. The beaches and Stintino are 10 min maximum by car!
