This charming apartment of contemporary style is situated on the first floor of a large villa. The villa has a total of 2 dwellings — an apartment on ground floor and one on first floor — both have independent entrances and are very private.

The first floor apartment boasts lovely views of the surrounding country side, with views of the whole bay of Costa Smeralda and the yachts and the beaches. It is built on Pevero Hill, in Porto Cervo, only a short driving distance to Pevero Golf Club, so the perfect dwelling for golfers.

The villa is built by a large panoramic pool, shaded by trees, as part of a small residential park with a few villas, walking distance to Abbiadori village.

The renowned beaches of the Costa Smeralda (Long beach, Celvia) are a few minutes from here by car. These beaches are easily accessible from the Casa Orchidea – only a few minutes drive.

The apartment has a double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, all with A/C and with 3 en-suite bathrooms, open plan living room with dining table. Kitchenette with oven, dishwasher and washing machine.

The cool terrace is delightful. A peaceful corner to relax or for dining outdoors enjoying the charming views. The apartment has access to a newly refurbished large pool (mostly unused!), which is situated just by the villa.

Parking is private and it is shaded. The area is tucked away making this a small oasis to spend a relaxing holiday.

Flower and mature trees create a large communal garden scattered with a few villas camouflaged within thick foliage. The sea is visible from all corners of this residential place. Walking distance are many amenities. An excellent small restaurant is nearby so is a bar but shops and supermarket are ca. 1 km from here so they will not interfere with the perfect peace of this place.
