This charming apartment of contemporary style is situated on the first floor of a large villa. The villa has a total of 2 dwelling — an apartment on ground floor and one on first floor — both have independent entrances and are very private.

The first floor apartment boasts lovely views of the surrounding country side, with views of the whole bay of Costa Smeralda and the yachts and the beaches.

The villa is built by a large panoramic pool, shaded by trees, as part of a small residential park with a few villas, walking distance to Abbiadori village.

The renowned beaches of the Costa Smeralda (Long beach, Celvia) are a few minutes from here by car. These beaches are easily accessible from the Casa Orchidea – only a few minutes' drive.

Inside the apartment is elegant and well furnished – it has 3 double bedrooms with 3 en-suite bathrooms, open plan living room with dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher and washing machine.

The shady, cool terrace is delightful. A peaceful corner to relax and enjoy the view. This is also a great place to dine "al fresco" as the terrace is furnished for outdoor living.

The apartment has access to the pool which is situated just by the villa.
