Casa Miramar is a spacious home on one level situated in a picturesque position on the outskirts of La Maddalena village, after the harbour and approximately 3 miles from the "promenade". The cottage is conveniently situated on the coast road to the main beaches and literally 4-5 metres from a picturesque small sandy cove. So people who love the sea will be able to swim at any time just by walking outside the door. This white house is enclosed within tall walls skirting a large, lovely front patio. The perfect place for children to play safely (when gate is shut) or for an adult to relax either sunbathing or reading whilst sipping a drink under the parasol.

The house is built like a fisher's man home, with a very spacious kitchen/dining room, which has now been fully refurbished with modern and very high standard kitchen units. There is a large fridge freezer, hob and oven and lots of useful utensils. The kitchen leads onto a shady back patio.

The house has spacious bedrooms, a master bedroom furnished with high standard modern furniture, a kind size bed and tall cupboards. A feature of the room is the characteristic large window looking at the sea across the road. The master bedroom is also furnished with a single bed.

The second room is large and modern with 3 single beds. This room could also be turned into a double bedroom. There is a bathroom with shower and also a washing machine.

The house has been recently redecorated and refurbished. The only thing left of the old residence is a beautifully tiled floor, which has been left throughout the house.

At the entrance there is a small open plan room used also as living room and equipped with a new and comfortable double sofa bed.

Casa Miramar is a perfect location for people that wish to be by the sea but would like to walk to a restaurant.
