Villa Gioia is an elegant villa with a modern design: 320m² of spacious, bright and comfortable rooms, outdoor dining area and a fully equipped open plan kitchen.

The large garden surrounding the house boasts a large swimming pool. There is a small jacuzzi on the roof top which enchanting views of the sea and the beach (children are not authorized on this area so we recommend supervision). As the pool is not fenced we always recommend parents to supervise young children!
