In July and August this villa is only available for a minimum of two weeks. In any other months the villa can be rented weekly.
Villa Sofia, built in 2008 by one of the most gifted and well-known architects, Jean-Claude Lesuiss –boasts both unrivalled elegance and charm and a striking position. A peaceful oasis overlooking the large sandy bay with emerald green sea. The villa is located in a 2,000 m2 landscaped garden with an orchard and olive trees that blend in with the surrounding nature. The stunning views from the terraces together with the tranquillity of the area contribute to create a relaxing, peaceful atmosphere. The total floor space of the villa amounts to 500 m2. With a total of 5 bedrooms suites plus staff accommodation with en-suite. One of the ground floor suites has Turkish bath and Jacuzzi.
On the first floor there is the master bedroom with walk in wardrobes, beautiful sand coloured granite flooring and terraces with great views. To the other side of the same floor there is another equally as beautiful double bedroom.
The open plan living room leads onto the terraces. Tall large window allow the views of the sea to be visible from everywhere. Afirst class Hi-Fi system including outdoor speakers subtly hidden in the gardens, reaches all the rooms of the villa and the terraces and porches. The villa’s kitchen opens onto a dining area boasting a large elegant dining table for 12 people.
The villa has modern harmonic interiors enriched by sculptures and colours, which are characteristic to the Architect’s style : the shaped banisters, window frames, tables, window sills – lights and striking colourful glass details, granite and marble carvings.
There is a heated swimming pool and many terraces offering spectacular views. An ample shady area for outdoor barbequing, a cellar and private garages complete the villa.
A long winding sandy beach is just a 10 min walk away through juniper trees. The only building on the beach is a restaurant which can be seen in the distance.
The villages of Porto Cervo, Baja Sardinia and Poltu Quatu are very close.
