It is a prestigious villa in a stunning location close to Cala di Volpe and just 150m from what are definitely two of the most renowned beaches in the whole of Sardinia; the wonderful “Capriccioli” and “Celvia” beaches with their crystal clear blue water and fine white sand framed by deep green aromatic Mediterranean “Macchia”. An area of breathtaking natural beauty.

The villa is set in mature gardens or approx. 1,000m² with trees and shrubs and lush green lawns and is fully enclosed by a charming stone wall with an electronic gate. The villa has: 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom. 2 twin bedrooms which share a bathroom. One further double bedroom with bathroom with separate entrance from the terrace/garden.

Ample sitting-room/dining-room with large sliding doors which lead out onto the shady terrace with lovely sea views. There is a fully equipped kitchen: washing machine, dishwasher, oven etc. With access to a separate terrace which has a built in barbecue.

The villa covers a total of 120m² and is fully air conditioned. Around the fabulous mosaic tiled swimming pool there are some comfortable wooden sun loungers to relax and sunbathe. In the area guests will find a fully stocked café-bar perfect for breakfast and aperitifs, there is also a nice restaurant and a pizzeria open all day where children can find a playground with some swings and slides. In the summer a small corner shop sells every day essentials.
