A charming villa, its elegance understated and modern. The villa is set high on the hill overlooking the spectacular bay with a view to die for! Enclosed by a manicured Mediterranean garden, its architecture reflects the typical style of the Costa Smeralda, Sardinia’s jet set region and certainly one of the most glamorous and exclusive in the world!

The villa fits amongst the barren rounded granites, its linear shape well designed to merge with a nature of rare purity yet in contrast inside a light a modern elegance welcomes guests allowing for an enjoyable relaxing stay creating a wonderful soft sense of well-being.

The villa boasts 6 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on several levels. All the rooms are spacious and bright, the master bedroom has king size bed, two en suite bathrooms with shower and whirlpool bath, walk in wardrobe and a study boasting breath-taking views from the terraces outside. The room is equipped with two safes. The villa has A/C, Wi-Fi system, plasma tv, video entry phone, external gym area and spa with sauna.

There is a relaxing spacious living room perfect for lounging leading onto the outdoor spaces. The fully equipped kitchen has two dining areas (one inside and the other outside) and an external kitchen with bbq area and a pizza oven. Two double bedrooms with bathrooms and independent access are appropriate for the staff (sleeps 4/5): one accedes to the kitchen, the other to the laundry room. Two covered parking places complete the property. The villa is 5 minutes drive from Porto Cervo.

We regret to inform guests the villa is not suitable for very young children due to its design and many stairs.
