The villa was built by a renowned architect. Its Mediterranean style is visible in the smallest details. The most remarkable feature is the terracotta floor throughout the villa, a dark Spanish terracotta, which creates a warm atmosphere against the white washed walls and the many glass or light blue artistic objects.
The living room has a hand woven traditional Sardinian rug and light blue sofas, fire place and separate dining corner with glass table.
The master suite leads onto a shady terrace with sea view, a truly exquisite corner.
There is a second double bedroom also with terrace access. This also comes with en-suite bathroom.
2 more bedrooms share one bathroom and 1 courtesy toilet. The pool area is wonderful it has oxygen cleaning system (not chlorine), it is surrounded by well- kept manicured grounds with lawn and barbeque area. The guest of Villa Romazzino are also able to use the facilities offered by the Hotel Romazzino, by becoming members. This hotel has elegant gala dinners almost every week-end and great child’s care facilities and a private beach with bar access.
The villa comes with laundry, fully equipped kitchen and staff room.
