‘Villa La Conchiglia’ – Brand new to our collection, this villa shows much promise, as it is amongst the most beautiful and special. Housed within private grounds with views as far fetching as one could hope for from a holiday setting, sea views, while looking down and into the distance from your very own relaxing and sheltered patio, with a nearby island in the distance across the blue and turquoise Mediterranean crystal clear inviting water. The villa comes amply equipped with 3 comfortable rooms, a stylish living area, kitchen, and 2 modern bathrooms. Externally a wonderful roomy patio to take in the world from.
From any point on your journey throughout the grounds, from one side of the villa to the other, you will find a view of Sardinia as if undiscovered by time; through large cared for glass windows, the way the light finds you in nearly every corner of the house from the early morning sun to the dusk of sunset. This villa is definitely an experience to be tempered with enthusiasm, to revitalise and get away from the world for a period and find your very own place of peace.
A short 100 metres walk finds you upon a secluded, romantic set, fine golden sandy beach, before the water finds you, and you find it.
Although private in location this villa is not too far from the village, being but a 10 minute drive to the nearby historic village of La Maddalena with narrow lanes and typically Italian restaurants and fully stocked bars. Within walking distance to the villa you will find a restaurant.
If you travel by car leaving the villa behind, you will find one beautiful beach after another — all of wild unblemished beauty — the archipelago is the most protected Maritime area of Italy.
In short ‘Villa Good Retreat’ is one of the most beautiful settings you could hope to find anywhere on the Mediterranean.
