A large villa with lots of character and many artistic touches, with a large garden, sloping down to a peaceful, reserved sandy cove. Here we can find a private pontoon and a platform to sit or sunbathe, relax under the shade of a large parasol and take in the stillness of this charming place.

The villa has a large first floor with 2 double bedrooms en-suite bathrooms and a children bedroom with comfortable bunk beds and a single bed. On the same level we find a mezzanine with twin beds, this leads out onto the roof terrace – this stunning views and sun loungers!

There is a fully equipped kitchen and a large open plan living room with large dining table and a conformable sitting area all around the fire place. This room is enriched by modern paintings and sculptures, which create a lively interesting style.

The living room opens on the most beautiful corner of the villa, an ample terrace with round iron table and sun shades – this has the splendid vista of the beach and the sea.

On the ground/lower ground floor there are 2 more bedrooms – a double with en-suite bathroom and a bedroom with bunk beds and another bath. Here there are also some cooking facilities and a wonderful cool terrace with outdoor furniture and lots of shade to relax during the day.

The villa is within walking distance to another sandy beach, which is private to this exclusive residential area. Next to this beach there is a small play ground for children. Walking distance from the villa there is a restaurant.

The villa is situated in a very private area scattered with exclusive villas camouflaged by the lush vegetation of palm trees, gyneper trees and pines and many other Mediterranean plants and flowers.

La Maddalena village is easily reachable from this villa within 5 min drive. Many beaches are a few minutes’ drive away. Sardinia main island is only 20 min by ferry. Ferries go from La Maddalena to Palau and are very frequent, every 15 min during the day and 30 min at night till 1 AM.

About La Maddalena and the Archipelago,
the most beautiful of the Mediterranean Sea!

The Archipelago of “La Maddalena” encloses seven main islands — Maddalena, Caprera and Santo Stefano in the South East, while Spargi, Budelli, Razzoli and Santa Maria are in the North western area — and 55 little islets. The entire area is included in the national park of the archipelago of La Maddalena (established in 1994) which manages the above mentioned park and its surface of 5100 hectares. Each islet is surrounded by a protected marine area, whose width runs from 300 to 500 meters, while the overall marine surface of the park is 15.046 hectares. This group of islands and islets form 180 km of coastal area.

The area was included within the Cetacean Sanctuary, due to frequent sightings of cetaceans in autumn and spring time.

The flora on the island accounts for 750 different species, typical of the coastal schlerophyllici thermo-xerophylae shapes. Here the phytocoenoses of alorupycolae areas, psammophyilae and primary garrigues prevail, all characterized by a strong presence of endemic components.

The benthic marine community is relatively untouched; among the natural hazards we can list wide marine meadows (Posidonia oceanica) and lime carpets of red algae. The Mediterranean limpet, indicator of highly oxygenated and clean water is quite common over the archipelago’s coasts.

Many species of cetaceans live in these waters, being the archipelago also an important site for dolphin reproduction.
