“Villa La Rosa Dei Venti” is a luxury sea side villa of new construction, large and inviting. Airy modern décor and a generous size rooms, luxury bathrooms and state of the art kitchen create a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere.
The villa boasts a private pool (open from April till the end of October) that overlooks a striking white sandy beach. A lovely garden with Mediterranean trees and flowers surrounds the villa which is enclosed within traditional granite walls. It is on 2 Levels:
- On the ground floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living, dining and kitchen and panoramic Veranda that leads to the private swimming pool and patio.
- Outside of the main part of the villa, there is a lower ground floor annex with 3 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Due to the design of this part of the villa, these rooms have less natural light.
The area is peaceful and the villa enjoys a wonderful view of the Mediterranean and the beach. The villa is built in an area of unspoilt natural beauty. Together with a few other villas it creates an exclusive residential area — skirting a protected beach — overlooking the sea.
Perfectly camouflaged amongst gardens, the villa is peaceful and relaxing. The area is one of the best conserved in Sardinia with beaches which have been awarded a “Blue Flag”, symbol of environmental conservation. The shores are in fact surprisingly well conserved with beaches bordered sole by macchia, the typical Mediterranean fragrant vegetation. Except one or 2 small kiosks with fresh drinks and coffee it is not possible to detect any other sea side construction for miles.
The nearest village is 2 km away (San Teodoro) – this is a small, smart and traditional hamlet with a few squares boasting very nice restaurants. In the area is possible to play a few sports (tennis, golf) but also scuba diving is available. Olbia town is also close some 25 km. Renowned are the boat trips to Tavolara Island (the smallest kingdom in Europe) a small island uninhabited except of restaurants and one house, facing the sea. Lunch is served directly by the shore.
